Pueblo San Antonio Guadalupe is located in the Municipality of Zumpahuacán in the State of Mexico. This is a quaint little village with friendly people and beautiful landscapes. 

 

Generation after generation has worked this land and here you will find whole family's working together growing and harvesting the flowers to take to the market.

 

There are many green houses in the mountains of San Antonio that produce cut flowers as well as the entire region.

A short drive to the town of Tenancingo takes you to the flower market. On certain holidays like Mother's Day, Los Muertos, The Virgin of Guadalupe, and Valentine's Day the market is very crowded. It is impressive the amount of vehicles, tractor trailers, trucks, and cars that enter to sell and buy.



Mercado de flores

El olor a flores frescas cortadas es sorprendente y los colores son brillantes. En la ciudad de Tenancingo encontrarás un mercado de flores que ocupa varias cuadras de la ciudad. Este mercado atrae a compradores mayoristas y minoristas de todo México. Aquí se puede encontrar casi todo lo que tenga que ver con las flores y el cultivo. El área de millas alrededor de Tencancingo está salpicada de invernaderos. Semi-camiones cargan y descargan su carga todos los días. Hermosos arreglos florales se hacen en el acto.
